GrandTech Match Up 2020

How does it work?

A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in face-2-face talks. 20 minutes run fast but usually it is enough to build first connections, then the bell rings and the next talk starts.

At Grand Tech Match we offers our corporate partner pre-matching based on the needs they have expressed. We have a limited number of meeting spots. You as startup/scaleup company have to follow these steps in order to be one of the selected companies:

1

Apply/Registration

  • Apply via the green Registration button on the "Home" page
  • Selected the Enterprise Europe Network-partner

2

Describe your business and technology and showcase your needs

Create a strong application. Make it clear and concise.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet and why. Do also include how your solutions contributes to the 17 SDG.

A good application will significantly increase your chances to be selected.

3

Matching process

When we have closed the platform for further registrations will the team from Uminova Innovation and the involved partners from Enterprise Europe Network match the startup with the corporates needs.

4

Invitation - Preparations

In good time before the event all registerd startups will receive a notification if the have been selected or not.

When you have received an invitation to join Grand Tech Match you have to make a final confirmation and then can go a head with your travel booking.

You will be offered free of charge coaching by your regional Enterprise Europe Network-partner so you get as prepared as possible to the event.

5

Matchmaking Event + Opening ceremony

Just before the event you will receive your meeting schedule by email.

Your will also receive a VIP-invitation to the Västerbotten at Grand opening ceremony.
